How We Are Different
We have been involved in many different large
scale initiatives for large (financial) institutions, typically from
early on in the lifecycle. Since we are typically involved at a high
level we have end-to-end knowledge
of a process, even if the process spans different, very specialized
"silos" in the customer's organization (e.g. treausury management,
item processing, I.T., etc.).
What sets us apart is our ability to deliver: when we are involved in
the strategic analysis, design or proof of concept of a process or
system, we do this
with the implicit understanding that we have the ability to form a
team, attract the talent and are able to manage the initiative all the way
to an actual working system.
